Residential Health Support Worker (RHSW) is open to any former Indian Residential School student and their family members in Alberta. We provide emotional health and wellness support including referrals to healing and wellness programs and supports, circle facilitation and attend hearings requested by Health Canada. Currently, the RHSW program in Grande Prairie is looking for the right candidate to work with former students and their families to provide the supports needed to move forward in their life.

The Liaison Worker will work closely with the Elder, supporting individuals in their ceremonial involvements. To support the Elder in ceremonies, teachings and other cultural involvement with the residents and staff. The individual we are looking should be culturally involved, live and practice their culture, be a role model to the residents and working with other Healing Lodge staff on a day-to-day basis.
