Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) Peacemaker Coordinator serves as a neutral guide to assist victims/ offenders in the Peacemaking Circle process. Peacemaker circles include Elders, volunteers identifying the spiritual, religious, cultural practices and how to incorporate all into the circle process. The outcome of the circle is a prepared court report with recommendations on how to address the offence and resources available to assist. The individual we are looking for should be outgoing, involved in their community, dependable, organized and take initiatives to assist clients as referred by the courts.
