Reintegration/Reconciliation Support Worker

NCSA is implementing a reintegration program to assist offenders, their families, victims where the offender potentially will be returning to This process will involve individuals while in custody working the Reconciliation Officer to prepare for the circle which will include the guidance and leadership of an Elder. This program will work with Bowden, Drumheller, Grande Cache Institutions, Stan Daniels Healing Centre and Buffalo Sage Wellness House a Section 81 healing lodge operated by NCSA. The target audience of this program is Indigenous offenders from the aforementioned facilities. This individual will work out of our Calgary office.

Youth Navigator/Support Worker

Edmonton, Alberta

NCSA currently is seeking an individual to provide comprehensive service delivery and outreach support to youth participating in the program wanting to make positive changes in their life. The successful applicant will have previous experience working with youth, facilitation experience, building connections to organizations and services to enhance capacity in providing services specific to youth. This individual must be prepared to work occasional weekends, occasional, evenings to support youth they are working with. This is a challenging, rewarding position with ongoing training provided.

Calgary Community Engagement Partnership Coordinator

NCSA is currently seeking an individual for the position in Calgary as the Engagement and Partnership Coordinator. Under the direction NCSA Calgary Regional Manager, the individual should have a strong work ethic, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, promote and work with Indigenous organizations within the area and will be required to work flexible hours based on community needs. Additional training will be provided.

Administrative Assistant
