NCSA is currently seeking an individual to provide support and direction to individuals that are currently working toward building stronger relationships within their families and communities. This is a full time position in our Edmonton office for a reliable individual with the ability to work alone or in a team environment and committed to supporting positive change in individuals and families. This individual should have a strong work ethic, work flexible schedules within the mandate of NCSA. Additional training provided.

NCSA is currently seeking an individual to provide support and direction to individuals that are experiencing homelessness, to access and obtain permanent housing. As a Navigator for the Indigenous Housing First Intensive Case Management Program, you will provide community based support to a participant over the course of their continuation with a Housing First program. The Housing First Navigator will be responsible for regularly inspecting the participant’s residence, maintaining positive relations on a consistent basis with the property owner and meeting with participant in order to plan, develop and assist in executing an Individual Service Plan (ISP) over the course of the program. This will require a broad spectrum of client-centered supports that necessarily vary from participant to participant and may include assisting in life skills, budgeting, making referrals to other agencies, attaching participants to natural supports and focusing energies on maintaining participant tenancy.
